Annual registration fee:
Preschool to Fifth Grade: $425.00
(Covers books, workbooks, instructional materials, periodicals, art media, standardized testing, library materials, computer software, guest presentations to enhance curriculum, planner, etc.)
Sixth and Seventh Grade: $500.00
(Covers all of the above plus the electives fee and science workbook)
Eighth Grade: $750.00
(Covers all of the above plus graduation expenses, gown rental, socials, brunch, pin and awards, etc. Washington D.C. trip optional)
Under No Circumstances Will Any Portion of the Registration Fee Be Returned/refunded

Pre-School/Pre-Kindergarten Part Time Fees:
3 days- full day = $5,200.00
2 days- full day = $4,200.00
5 days- half day = $5,200.00
3 days- half day = $3,400.00

METHOD OF PAYMENT FOR TUITION
All checks should be payable to "Saint Jeanne de Lestonnac School".
Payment of tuition may be made by parent under one of 3 plans:
Plan 1: Parent shall pay Student's applicable tuition in full by September 1, 2009, in which case Parent will be entitled to a 5 percent reduction in that tuition. The 5 percent discount does not apply to credit card payments.
Plan 2: Parent shall pay one-half of Student's applicable tuition on or before September 1, 2009 with the tuition balance due on or before February 1, 2010, in which case Parent will be entitled to a 2 percent reduction in that tuition. The 2 percent discount does not apply to credit card payments.
Plan 3: Parent shall pay Student's applicable tuition in ten equal monthly payments commencing August 10, 2009. Each payment shall be due on or before tenth of each month. The tuition is a yearly fee, which has been divided into ten monthly payments (September - June). The first month’s tuition bill will be emailed in August.
METHOD OF PAYMENT FOR ALL FEES
All checks should be made payable to Saint Jeanne de Lestonnac School. Please write an individual check for each fee that is to be paid (i.e. lunch, daycare, tuition, donation, etc.). With many parents participating in the school's various programs, we find that one check covering all of the fees is confusing. It would help our bookkeeping tremendously if you would also note in the memo of the check the child's name, grade, and which fee is being paid. If payments are made in cash, please be sure that you are given a receipt by one of our office personnel.
There will be a $25.00 fee for any check returned from the bank indicating "Insufficient Funds" or "Account Closed". The amount of the check plus the $25.00 charge must be paid in cash or cashier's check to the school office immediately upon notification.
For all accounts in arrears two months or more the school has authorized Transworld Systems (Green Flag Profit Recovery System) to recover all past due accounts. Tuition, book damage fees, and any other accounts must be paid in full to be eligible to attend Saint Jeanne's for the following school year.
